Frank is the lead singer of the band "The Soronpfbrs" and wears a giant fake head that he never takes off. His band mates respect his genious and talent, Frank looks and sounds like some sort of vessel from the divine realm and he is generous and pure at heart. The character is brilliantly played by Michael Fassbender who reveals himself to be a very competent singer. The songs are bizarre and beautiful. Inspiring and moving film. A new kind of beautiful. Made me feel things. Also,potato stew.

A colourful and unique story about growing up, friendship and family. BoY lives with his grandma, his brother Rocky and a lot of cousins. His hero is Michael Jackson until of course his long-lost father returns. Boy becomes fascinated by his father's lifestyle who is some sort of gangsta and has a black car. Boy tries to act like him, begins to wear leather and eventually gets money to buy popsicles. It's an unforgettable movie that has its own style of humor and even though it's funny at times it never stops being profound. The pains and joys of growing up.

#Spaghetti and brainmeatballs from Brain Damage

A nice comedy horror about a youngman and the relationship he develops with a psychopathic monster that lives inside his brain and eats people. Their friendship soon starts to have its own turmoils as the youngman becomes more and more dependent on the monster. It's a really well made film that balances comedy and horror quite well while being very creative and unique. A nice cult movie.

A unique movie centered in the Cleveland Family, a somewhat bizarre and quirky family. The head of the clan is a retired businessman, then there's his extremely moody daughter, his artistic and eccentric son, his granddaughter and the maid, they live together in a huge farm in a state of controlled chaos until a young man arrives determined to win back the love of his life. It's like a healthy mix of David Lynch and Wes Anderson.

#Sushi with ketchup from Jack and Diane

Jack likes to put ketchup on top of sushi and Diane likes strange pie-quiches with unidentified ingredients. They both share some love for atomic fireballs and  for each other. This movie is quite bizarre overall and strangely magnetic, since it sticks to your mind long after you've seen it. The plot is enigmatic and cryptic, some modern tragic bitersweet tale of love between two teenagers. Quite enchanting and weird. Good mix.

A wonderful and colorful array of high-class dishes such as whole lobster on a bed of sliced cucumber and fresh, green asparagus. The movie is somewhat quirky, clever and surreal. It's written, directed and starred by David Byrne and it's meant to be a portrait of the american lifestyle, it suceeds in being entertaining, strange but welcoming.
